Axmedova, Head of the Department of Human Anatomy and Operative Surgery and Topographic Anatomy (OSTA) at Tashkent State Medical University, along with the dedicated faculty of the department, an olympiad has been organized for students within the “Young Surgeons” club!

This week in our classes, we will compete for the title of “Most Skillful Surgeon” across the following practical stations: ⤵️
🧣 Miller’s Knot — Secure artery ligation.
🧣 Vessel Ligation (this week’s featured practice).
🩸 Vascular Suture — The art of anastomosis.
🤩 Nerve Suture — Microsurgical precision.
💉 Venipuncture — First-try vein access.
🌟 Venesection (Cutdown) — Vein exposure and catheterization.
🌟 Hemostasis — Bleeding control (Tourniquet/Compression).
🩹 Incision and Drainage — Proper management of abscesses and phlegmons.
🪢 Knot-Tying Competition — A test of speed and quality.
⚠️ Note: Every task will be strictly evaluated based on a 100-point international standard (Checklist) using specific assessment criteria!
