- “Patterns of development and formation of blood vessels and tissues of internal organs in postnatal ontogenesis in experimental animals and humans.” Research is conducted by Professor Mirsharapov U.M. and Associate Professor Sadikova Z.Sh.
- “Morphological changes and their correction in the postnatal ontogenesis of blood vessels and tissues of internal organs under the influence of harmful external factors.” Research is conducted by Professor T.A. Sagatov and Tuganboeva A.T.
- “The impact of harmful environmental factors on the blood vessels and tissues of the upper and lower limbs.” Research is conducted by Professor Mirsharapov U.M. and Assistant Sagdullaeva M.K.
- “Postnatal ontogenesis of blood vessels and tissues of internal organs in offspring born under conditions of maternal extragenital pathology.” Research is conducted by Associate Professor Adilbekova D.B.
- “Morphofunctional remodeling of lung tissues at different age periods and correction of pathological processes in experimental modeling.” Research is conducted by Professor Shamirzaev N.Kh. and Senior Lecturer Gulmanov I.D.
- “Anthropometric classification of the vertebral column in normal conditions and in osteoporosis from adolescence to old age.” Research is conducted by Assistant Akhmedov Zh.M.
